The hotel will have 120 rooms, a restaurant and a wellness center.
The voco brand is one of the newest of the IHG group and aims to combine the standards of a chain hotel with the charm of an independent establishment, while guaranteeing a high-end experience. It also conveys an eco-responsible approach, for example by using glass bottles to limit plastic waste.
After the opening of its first French establishment in Paris Montparnasse in September 2020, the brand is now packing its bags in Strasbourg, Alsace. The location of the voco Strasbourg Centre - The Garden hotel was chosen in the city's heart, a few minutes walk from the central station, the European Parliament and the Palais des Congrès.

The Garden is the perfect illustration of what the sign represents. We pride ourselves on being reliable, but in a different way, and we highlight the characteristics and atmosphere of each hotel, whether it's a newly built establishment or a famous historical building. The brand has experienced exceptional growth since its launch only 2 years ago with 14 openings in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, and with 20 openings planned over the next 3 to 5 years. Our second hotel in France, the Voco Strasbourg Centre - The Garden, is a great addition to our constantly evolving portfolio.
This new hotel will feature a special architecture: the façade is composed of bricks dating back to the 19th century, complemented by a metal structure ; and the interior design, conceived by architect Eric Lafougère, is inspired by the botanical theme, with a design consisting of furniture made of natural materials and plants.
In addition to the large communal terrace with lawn, most of the 120 rooms will have a terrace, and guests will be able to enjoy a restaurant "The Garden" in continuous service, a gym and a wellness area with indoor pool, spa and treatment rooms.
