The Set Collection has announced the appointment of Jean-Pierre Trevisan as General Manager of Palace Le Lutetia Paris Rive Gauche.
Originally opened in 1910, the Lutetia came back to life in 2018 as a founding member of The Set Collection after 4 years of renovations.
The Lutetia hotel is located on the edge of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, across from the Le Bon Marché department store and close to the Seine. It is located 30 minutes from Orly airport and 40 minutes from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.
The new Lutetia is the only Palace on the Left Bank. A place for meetings, discussions and exchanges, the Lutetia retains its place in the heart of the capital.
Jean-Pierre arrives from Hotel De Crillon, Rosewood Paris where since 2018 he was in charge of operations and development of the establishment's quality standards, while leading a team of over 400 people. Prior to that, Jean-Pierre was at The Ritz Paris, where he spent more than seven years as Hotel Director and notably played a key role in project management during the successful renovation of the property between July 2012 and June 2016. He had joined The Ritz in 2006 as F&B Director.
During the first part of his career, Jean-Pierre gained extensive experience as Director of Food & Beverage in renowned hotels such as the Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris and in the Inter-Continental group.
