The 5* hotel now has a private residence on 5 floors that offers complete independence to its guests.
The Great Scotland Yard Hotel, in London, near Covent Garden, begins 2021 with the opening of No. 1 The Townhouse, located next to the hotel. This is an extension of the hotel's accommodation offer, which now offers a distinct concept in addition to traditional hotel accommodation: a private residence. The Townhouse is housed in a fully restored Grade II Georgian townhouse, which has its own front door but will have the same services as hotel guests (24-hour room service, a fitness center and two bars) via a corridor that joins the two areas.
Residence 1 The Townhouse has a basement, a living room, a dining room, and two double bedrooms with bathrooms, which are spread over 5 floors. Several catering options are available: guests of the private residence will be greeted with a seasonal basket from Fortnum & Mason, finding the shelves and refrigerators already full on arrival, and can also request a full meal provided by the hotel chefs.

It gives us a level of unique offering and sets us apart somewhat, hotels have presidential suites but not all London hotels have a freestanding townhouse and that's a great differentiation point for us."
The Townhouse No. 1 will be open from January 11th.
