TRIBE has announced the opening of two new hotels in the Grand Paris region. The properties are set to open in 2024 and will be developed in partnership with The Galia Group, one will be located in Pantin and the other in Clichy. They join a strong development pipeline of 50 TRIBE establishments expected to open around the globe in the next 5 years.
TRIBE Pantin will be housed inside a repurposed parking lot constructed in the 1950s. The 130-key hotel will be integrated into its surrounding urban environment and its design, construction materials and colour palette will match the existing structure. It will boast open-air gardens and green roofs. Large zones of the industrial suburb have undergone extensive regeneration works in recent years, especially around the Canal de l’Ourcq area where the new TRIBE property will be situated.
TRIBE Clichy will be a 120-room hotel inside an updated garage and residential building. Its contemporary exterior will be clad with stone and wood-joinery. Inside, there will be a courtyard full of greenery and plant life, as well as an 80-cover rooftop restaurant offering views over the city. The suburban city of Clichy lies just north-west of Paris and offers good transport links into the city.
Both properties will be opened inside existing buildings that have been transformed through carefully thought-out architecture and sustainable construction. TRIBE’s signature social hubs will lie at the centre of the two hotels and be accessible to both guests and locals alike.
