Slow Villages

Swiss Life Asset Managers France has announced the acquisition of the Slow Village group alongside Inspire Villages for its FPCI Plein Air Invest fund. This acquisition aligns with the fund's strategy of investing in campsites located in tourist destinations.

Slow Village comprises 6 campsites across France, enhancing Plein Air Invest's portfolio with locations in regions like Ile de Ré, Biscarrosse, Brittany, Loire Valley, Périgord, and Gard. These campsites are known for their eco-responsible practices and lifestyle offerings appreciated by customers.

We are very pleased to have completed this transaction, which represents a major step in the growth of Plein Air Invest. These are strategic assets that are in line with the upmarket strategy set up by Inspire Villages, and correspond perfectly to current demand and the fund's strategy - Johanna Capoani, Head of the Hotels division at Swiss Life Asset Managers France.

Following the acquisition, an improvement program will be implemented to upgrade the facilities to meet the expectations of a family clientele seeking comfort and modern amenities.

This acquisition marks an important milestone for Plein Air Invest. Furthermore, with this addition, Plein Air Invest now has 8 campsites in its portfolio, contributing to Inspire group's total of 11.
