Mercure Cergy-Pontoise Centre 4*

The hotel owner and operator continues its French expansion by announcing the addition of two hotels in the Paris region to its portfolio.

Located in the Val-d'Oise department, the two hotels were acquired with a majority stake and are both located in an important business zone. These two acquisitions add 123 rooms to the operator's portfolio. It now stands at 50 addresses, with 8 majority-owned and 42 minority-owned properties.

The Mercure Cergy-Pontoise Centre is a four-star hotel with 57 rooms, 2 seminar rooms and a bar. The ibis Budget Cergy Saint-Christophe is a two-star hotel located in a business park and features 66 rooms.

somnOO was supported in these acquisitions by the banks CIC and Arkéa.

The somnOO team is pleased to have been able to acquire the shares of the co-investors in these two hotels, thereby meeting their cash flow needs and ensuring the expected return on their investments. With this transaction, somnOO confirms its strategy of long-term ownership and operation.
