The project involves converting office space into a 225-room hotel, aiming to offer a combination of contemporary design and functional elegance.

Strategically situated between Rotterdam's Boompjes skyline and the city center, Rotterdam Glashaven enjoys a prime location. Located in the Maritime District, the hotel provides a peaceful retreat while remaining close to Rotterdam's cultural and culinary attractions.
