Relais & Châteaux is expanding its portfolio with the addition of twelve new properties. Five of these new arrivals are in Europe, including two in France, in Paris and Noirmoutiers.

The five establishments in Europe :

• Hôtel Balzac, Paris, France: Nestled in the Champs-Élysées district of Paris, Hôtel Balzac offers fifty-eight luxurious rooms and suites following renovation, blending classic charm with contemporary touches.
   
• La Marine, Noirmoutier, France: On the island of Noirmoutier, La Marine also offers five guest rooms overlooking the harbour, with cuisine under the direction of chef Alexandre Couillon.
   
• Hotel Vermelho, Melides, Portugal: Hotel Vermelho is located in Melides, in the Alentejo region of Portugal. Designed by Christian Louboutin, the hotel offers thirteen distinct rooms and suites, featuring local craftsmanship and regional flavours.
   
• The Chelsea Townhouse, London, UK: Located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in London, The Chelsea Townhouse offers thirty-six rooms and suites in refurbished Victorian houses, combining modern comforts with historic charm.
   
• Hotel Cappella, Colfosco, Italy: Perched in the heart of the Dolomites, Hotel Cappella offers fifty-two rooms and suites, providing a haven in the heart of nature.
