Premier Inn has opened its second hotel in Lübeck, known as the “City of Seven Towers.” The new Premier Inn Lübeck City Centre is located just 300 meters from the main train station. This addition brings Premier Inn’s total number of hotels in Germany to 57, reflecting the brand’s continued growth in the country.
The hotel offers 203 rooms, including 15 with bathtubs. For guests arriving by car, there are 68 parking spaces available, with four equipped with electric charging stations. The new hotel emphasizes accessibility and inclusion, with a reception desk designed to accommodate guests in wheelchairs. Additionally, 18 of the rooms are wheelchair accessible, and two are specifically designed for guests with disabilities. The design also ensures that employees with disabilities can work comfortably at the property.
"Lübeck is rightly considered one of the most beautiful cities in Germany," "With more than 2.2 million guest overnight stays per year, the Hanseatic city is one of the top 20 destinations in Germany. We are therefore delighted to be able to offer our guests in this historically unique metropolis another centrally located hotel, where both leisure and business travelers will find one thing above all else in addition to the best service - excellent sleep." - Erik Friemuth, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Premier Inn Germany.
As part of its "Force for Good" sustainability initiative, Premier Inn continues its partnership with the charity "Children for a Better World," which focuses on supporting disadvantaged children and young people.
"Most of Lübeck's attractions are within walking distance from our hotel," "The famous Holsten Gate, the salt warehouses, the old town hall and the cathedral are just a few minutes' walk away. Together with my team, I am really looking forward to welcoming our guests and doing our part to make them feel welcome in this wonderful city right from the start." - Florian Thies, Hotel Manager.
The Premier Inn Lübeck City Centre features a welcoming lobby and bar, offering guests a comfortable space to relax. With its convenient location and amenities, the hotel aims to serve both leisure and business travelers visiting Lübeck’s historic city center, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
