The move is effective immediate, and he will report directly to Helen Smith, Dorchester Collection’s Chief Customer Experience Officer.
Philip Morris first joined Dorchester as Corporate Director of Revenue Management in 2013. In 2017, he became Global Commercial Director and was tasked with overseeing contact centres, digital transformation and email marketing. His experiences in the hospitality industry prior to this were at renowned groups such as Hilton Worldwide and Waldorf Astoria.
His new role will focus on maximising Dorchester Collection’s commercial success through activating such levers as business development, long-term value creation and brand equity. Philip Morris will also be responsible for strategic business planning, data analytics and performance insights, marketing, revenue management, global sales and distribution.
