NH Collection has announced the opening of its latest property in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah. The move signals the brand’s debut in the Middle East.
NH Collection Dubai The Palm is a new-build 532-key hotel located on the shore of the site’s trunk and offers direct access to West Palm Beach. Its accommodation offer consists of 226 hotel guestrooms and suites, as well as 306 studios and apartments across 11 room categories.
The higher category lodgings offer views over the gulf and the Dubai Marina skyline, as well as exclusive access to the NH Collection Premium Lounge. The interior decor of the rooms integrates elements of authentic local character and is both upbeat and playful.
Five dining venues constitute the property’s F&B offer. Maiora is an all-day restaurant serving up international dishes, including the NH Collection breakfast. Revo Café provides creative and healthy fare and Té Lounge offers light and healthy snacks and refreshments. Seven Sports Bar accommodates those who wish to have a quick bite or a drink while watching live sporting events. The soon-to-open SEEN Restaurant and Bar will serve cocktails and food on the property’s rooftop.
NH Collection Dubai The Palm also features a 45 m rooftop infinity pool, a gym, a massage parlour, a NH Kids’ Club, and a beach club on West Palm Beach, which is set to open soon. Its MICE offer extends to five spaces able to host up to 45 attendees, as well as dedicated specialists to take care of events organisers and guests.
In terms of sustainability, the property has been designed to minimise its environmental impact. It has its own water plant, solar panels are used to generate hot water, and condensed water from the air conditioning system is used for irrigation. Efforts are made to reduce and recycle on-site waste, and room amenities are vegan. Additional planned green initiatives include an onsite apiary, a hydroponic farm within the hotel, and a community market.
