The new hotel will be the largest Hampton by Hilton in Europe. It is part of a new development costing €40 million and will open in autumn 2024 under a franchise agreement with Primestar Hospitality GmbH.
Hampton by Hilton Vienna City West will feature 358 rooms designed to the brand’s standard, with contemporary furnishings and signature bedding. The hotel will further boast a fully-equipped fitness centre and a multi-functional open concept lobby space. A complimentary breakfast will also be available to guests.
The fourth Hilton property in the Austrian capital will be located in the west of the city, just a 15-minute walk from Wien Westbahnhof. For guests arriving from abroad, the airport is 40 minutes away by public transport, and for those arriving by vehicle, a secure car park with a capacity of 67 spaces is also integrated into the hotel.
Vienna is a world leader in the business travel sector. In 2019, it hosted more than 5,000 congresses, corporate events and incentives. Hampton by Hilton Vienna City West is set to boost the group’s MICE offer in the historic city.
In Europe, Hampton by Hilton has more than doubled its portfolio in the last five years, arriving in new markets including Belgium, Latvia, and Austria, which welcomed 32 million international visitors in 2019.
