Minor Hotels will open three new NH Collection properties in the Middle East as part of its ongoing commitment to grow the NH Hotel Group’s brands. Two openings in Dubai and one in Doha are set for next year.
NH Collection Dubai The Palm
Set to open in February 2023 in the UAE, the 14-storey hotel will feature 227 guestrooms and 306 suites. Its amenities will feature five dining outlets, including a rooftop venue and a sports bar, a rooftop pool, an NH The Spa, five meeting rooms, a gym, a kids’ club, and a private beach club. The hotel will be located on Palm Jumeirah, close to Nakheel Mall, Burj Khalifa and Ain Dubai.
NH Collection La Suite Hotel Dubai
Situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 265-key property will boast guestrooms, suites and 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. An all-day dining outlet, a lobby lounge, a kids’ club, a gym, meeting spaces, and recreational spaces will complete its offer. The hotel will be operated by Minor Hotels beginning Q1 2023 and will undergo renovation works before reopening under NH Collection branding later in the year.
NH Collection Oasis Doha Hotel
Located on the city’s eastern coast between the centre and Hamad International Airport, the hotel is in the final stages of development and will open its doors in early 2023. Its 299 rooms and suites will offer views of the Arabian Sea and Doha’s skyline. Amenities will include a pool with its own cascade feature and bar, a fitness centre, an NH Collection Spa, a kids’ club, four padel tennis courts, a rooftop lounge, and a ballroom with a capacity of 1,200 guests. A beach club and restaurant will complete the offer later in the year.
These openings complement Minor Hotels’ other recent expansions in the Middle East and North Africa.
