Recent project signings in major cities
limehome has secured four significant projects in key European cities. Two projects in Spain—one in Barcelona and one in Madrid—will add a combined 260 serviced apartments to its portfolio. The Barcelona property will have 153 units, and the Madrid property will offer 107 units, continuing limehome's growth in Southern Europe.
In Germany, limehome has signed agreements for two new projects in Cologne and Stuttgart. The Cologne project, in collaboration with GARBE Commercial Living, involves the conversion of an office building into 90 serviced apartments, set for completion by the end of 2027. The Stuttgart project, located in Stuttgart West, will add 109 serviced apartments, marking the fourth collaboration between limehome and the WATZL Group.
