limehome, is expanding its presence in the Netherlands with a new property in Amsterdam Sloterdijk, expected to open this summer.
This expansion will introduce 50 new units to the Dutch capital, enhancing limehome's offerings in a key European destination.
The new units will be located on Gatwickstraat, next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, providing access to Amsterdam Centraal and other major Dutch cities. The location is also close to Westpoort, the Netherlands' second-largest business district, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers.
"Amsterdam is one of the most popular destinations for city trips in Europe and is also a driving force behind the Dutch economy. Its diverse culture and strong economic profile are great incentives for us to continue expanding our presence in the city and the Netherlands as a whole," - Evy De Groote, Expansion Manager Benelux at limehome.
Each apartment, spread across four floors, will feature equipped kitchens. These limehome apartments are part of the Ven Amsterdam building, a mixed-use property that includes a convention center, fitness centers, concept stores, restaurants, and social spaces. limehome is taking over an existing aparthotel in the building, which is currently being refurbished to meet limehome’s standards.
