Pullman has announced the appointment of Jérôme Cherpin as Regional Vice-President of Operations for Pullman Paris hotels and Managing Director of Pullman Paris Montparnasse. He succeeds Patrick Arnoult, who stepped down on 31st January 2023.
In his new role, Jérôme Cherpin will be responsible for overseeing and driving hotel operations in line with Accor SA and the Pullman brand to maximise financial performance, customer experience, engagement, and talent development, and also to foster positive owner relations.
Cherpin is a graduate of the François Rabelais Hotel School and also holds a Master's degree from ESSEC and an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School. He has over 20 years of professional experience in the hotel and restaurant sector.
He joined the Accor group in 2000. To begin, he held a number of operational positions in France and Switzerland. In 2006, he was then appointed as General Manager of Novotel Poissy Orgeval.
Over the next eight years, he managed Novotel hotels in Paris and Moscow. In 2012, it was Jérôme Cherpin who opened the Novotel Moscow City, the brand’s flagship hotel in Eastern Europe.
Returning to Paris in 2014, he was General Manager of Pullman Paris Bercy for five years before moving to Pullman Paris Montparnasse in 2019, ahead of its reopening.
