Located in Catalonia, the hotel features 24 suites, 3 restaurants including the gourmet restaurant Vinum, a spa, a swimming pool and a prestigious wine cellar. Surrounded by vineyards, the hotel offers an off-the-beaten track wine tourism experience.
The two restaurants offer 40 covers inside and 80 covers outside, while the bistro offers 30 covers. The Grand Hotel Mas d'en Bruno is due to open on 19 May.
Helguera Palacia Boutique & Antique, Las Presillas, Spain

The 9th floor of the Antwerp Museum of Contemporary Art houses a 3 Michelin star restaurant run by chef Viki Geunes. Zite, which means salt in Dutch, works in collaboration with local peach trees, market gardeners and craftsmen.
Restaurant La Merise, Laubach, France
On the edge of the Vosges nature park is La Merise, a 2-star Michelin restaurant that uses local products. The fruit, herbs and honey are also produced on site. The 600 m² building houses the expertise of Christelle and Cédric Deckert.
Tributary Hotel & Restaurant Okta, McMinnville, United States
The hotel is positioned as the gateway to the Willamette Valley, the new Eldorado for wine connoisseurs. Shaun Kajiwara and Katie Jackson, who also own a vineyard, were inspired by the region to create this boutique hotel in a century-old industrial building.
The hotel offers eight suites, while the 26-seat gourmet restaurant, led by chef Matthew Lightner, is sourced from the nearby regenerative agriculture farm.
