Hyatt have announced the future opening of a luxury all-inclusive resort on the island of Porto Santo. It marks the entry of Inclusive Collection in the Portuguese market and will add a fourth European country to the brand’s portfolio.

Dreams Madeira Resort Spa & Marina will open its doors in early 2024 following renovation works on the site. It will feature 366 guestrooms, ranging from standard rooms to luxury villas.

Apple Leisure Group will manage the resort and Okami Hotels has been charged with the asset management of the property by its owner, an institutional investor.

The resort will boast 10 à la carte restaurants, 7 bars, 24-hour room service, as well as an onsite private beach and marina. Its entertainment offer will include daily activities, nightly entertainment, an onsite water park, an Explorer’s Club for children, a Core Zone for teens, and a 3,000 m² spa. Exclusive adults-only areas and reserved spaces will exist for guests as well.

Hyatt is targeting Europe as an area of growth potential for its all-inclusive brands. It recently opened 5 properties in Bulgaria.
