Hyatt and Lindner take the first step of their collaboration

Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Lindner Hotels AG have announced a collaboration that will see the majority of the latter’s portfolio appear on Hyatt’s website. 31 properties under the Lindner Hotels & Resorts and me and all hotels brands will now be represented on hyatt.com.

The two companies signed an exclusive collaboration agreement earlier this year. The move will see the hotels concerned by the collaboration move under Hyatt’s brand footprint, via individual franchise agreements. The 31 properties are based in 7 European countries, including notably Germany. They will principally be integrated into the portfolio of the JdV by Hyatt brand.

Customers on Hyatt’s site can now be redirected to Lindner’s website upon landing on a page for Lindner Hotels & Resorts and me and all hotels on hyatt.com. The hotels are set soon to become fully bookable on Hyatt’s website and to join the World of Hyatt loyalty programme in the near future.

We are delighted to be able to showcase the Lindner hotels to our global guests less than two months into our collaboration. It is an important first step towards Lindner’s desirable hotel portfolio joining World of Hyatt, and it reflects our team’s ability to efficiently scale proven integration processes for larger portfolio deals.

Peter Norman, Senior Vice-President Development and Acquisition EAME at Hyatt

It was important for us to kick-start global visibility right away and we are excited to hit this milestone. The palpable alignment in company culture between Hyatt and Lindner makes it easy for our teams to collaborate effectively and we are looking forward to making use of Hyatt’s global distribution power once the integration is completed.

Arno Schwalie, CEO of Lindner
