Following the announcement of the hotel owner, operator and developer’s new lifestyle division, its collaboration with Greenwood Hospitality will the see the addition of the hospitality group's lifestyle and luxury hotel collection to Hotel Equities’ portfolio.
Greenwood Hospitality will activate its experienced leadership team to oversee the expansion of its lifestyle division across the United States and Canada. It will be headed up by Bill Kohl, Principal of Greenwood, who will also work to elevate the F&B wing across the whole company. Fellow group Founding Principal, Tom Conran, and Albert Smith, Hotel Equities’ President of Hotel Operations, will also accompany him in the growth of the division and to lend support on all aspects. Finally, Peter Tziahanas of Hotel Equities will occupy the role of Senior Vice-President of Operations.
The lifestyle division currently stands at over 30 assets. Amongst these are award-winning hotels such as The Farnam in Omaha, Nebraska and The Henry in Dearborn, Michigan.
