Groupe Honotel, a hotel operator and investor, has continued its European development with the acquisition of the Aqua Hôtel Brussels*** and the Argus Hôtel Brussels***. The two properties have grown the group's portfolio to 45 hotel assets under management.
The Aqua Hôtel Brussels*** has 97 keys and the Argus Hotel Brussels*** 43 keys. They are both located in the fashionable Louise district of the Belgian capital. The group will carry out work on both properties to transform them into boutique hotels and improve their energy efficiency.
Both investments were made through Cap Hospitality IV, the fourth fund of the group's portfolio management company, Hotel Investissement Capital.
These acquisitions mark a turning point in our European development, which we will continue to pursue in the coming months, notably via our Cap Hospitality IV investment fund. These two assets, located in the heart of the most dynamic district of the European capital and where there is potential to create value thanks to Honotel's expertise, correspond exactly to this fund’s investment proposition.
