Hilton has released the list of 19 hotels it plans to open next year, expanding its global portfolio, particularly in the EMEA region.
DoubleTree by Hilton Sanliurfa (Turkey)
The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2023. It will be environmentally certified and include 190 rooms, as well as a spa and indoor pool.
The Bo Vue Hotel Bodrum, Curio Collection by Hilton (Turkey)
From April 2023, guests will be able to enjoy the 102 rooms and private beach of the property located along the Aegean Sea. The hotel will offer Mediterranean and Aegean cuisine at Bo Giorno restaurant, Turkish feasts at Delmanzo or seafood at Bacalao. It will also feature a spa as well as an indoor and outdoor pool.
Marty Hotel Bordeaux, Tapestry Collection by Hilton (France)
The 61-key hotel will open in spring 2023. Located a 15-minute walk from Bordeaux city centre in the arty Mériadeck district, it will host a series of events to showcase local talent. Mindful of environmental issues, the hotel will implement a range of sustainability initiatives, such as using a large number of locally sourced ingredients and reducing its water consumption.
Hotel Sainte-Anne Dijon, Curio Collection by Hilton (France)
The first Hilton in the Burgundy region will welcome guests from summer 2023. The upscale hotel will offer 125 rooms and suites in a building dating from the 17th century. It will feature outdoor terraces, a gourmet French restaurant and wine bar, a swimming pool, a fitness centre and a Nhoraé spa.
Hilton Heidelberg (Germany)
The hotel will open in spring 2023 in the southwest of Germany. It will feature 244 rooms, 7 meeting rooms, a conference and events centre, a fitness centre, a restaurant offering a modern take on classic German dishes and a function room for up to 300 people.
Hampton by Hilton Budapest City Centre (Hungary)
The hotel will open next summer, located near the Opera House and within walking distance of St. Peter's Basilica. The hotel will have 219 rooms, a complimentary hot breakfast and 24/7 fitness facilities.
Hampton by Hilton London Old Street (UK)
The 107-room hotel is due to open in summer 2023. It will feature an Italian restaurant, bar, serviced communal areas, a conference room, a gym, and free hot breakfast. Built with the environment in mind, it will be equipped with a system to recover rainwater.
Legacy Hotel Cascais, Curio Collection by Hilton (Portugal)
The property will have 59 rooms, many with balconies overlooking the sea and the beaches of Cascais. It will open next summer.
Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi (Egypt)
The new hotel will offer 255 rooms and suites with panoramic views of the Nile. When opened in spring 2023, it will offer an Eforea spa, an outdoor pool, several F&B options, an executive lounge and meeting and event spaces.
Conrad Rabat Arzana (Morocco)
The first ever Hilton luxury hotel in Morocco will open this winter. It will boast 120 rooms and suites, as well as a prime waterfront location. Its facilities will include a Conrad spa, an event space, 4 restaurants and a lounge bar.
Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort (Tunisia)
Hilton will make its debut in Tunisia in the summer of 2023 with the opening of this 346-key hotel. Its facilities will include 7 restaurants, 5 outdoor and indoor pools, a spa and thalassotherapy wellness centre, various fitness facilities, a kids club, and a meeting space with a function room and three meeting rooms.
Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton (Kenya)
The upscale hotel will be nestled on the edge of the Karura Forest and close to Nairobi's business district. Scheduled to open in early 2023, it will feature 102 rooms in five interconnected units overlooking a wooded landscape. The hotel will feature a specialty restaurant with a seasonal menu and a rooftop bar.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort (Aruba)
A first for the brand on the island, the hotel will open on Eagle Beach early next year. It will feature 330 suites and 9,400 m² of indoor and outdoor space for special events.
Motto by Hilton Times Square (USA)
Located in Times Square, the 400-key property will feature a prestigious New York-inspired restaurant. It will welcome its first guests in spring 2023.
Conrad Orlando (USA)
Scheduled to open in the summer of 2023, the hotel will feature 433 rooms, including 51 suites and 10 family suites. Amenities will include 40,000 m² of indoor meeting space, a Conrad spa, a water garden, several dining options, a 20-hectare tropical beach, an 8-hectare lagoon, water activities and two 18-hole golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus.
Conrad Shenzhen (China)
Designed by the international firm Yabu Pushelberg, the 300-room and suite hotel is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2023. It will be located in the heart of the city's business and financial district and will feature international restaurants and over 1,500 m² of meeting space, including a large function room.
Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang (Vietnam)
The hotel will feature an international restaurant and an infinity pool when it opens in early 2023. It will be located in the Son Tra district, 50 m from the beach and a short walk from the city centre.
La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton (Vietnam)
Featuring Mediterranean-inspired architecture, the 197-room hotel will include 2 swimming pools and 4 on-site restaurants and lounges. It will open next summer by the beaches of Phu Quoc.
Jumana Bali Ungasan, LXR Hotels & Resorts (Indonesia)
The first LXR branded resort in Southeast Asia will open in late 2023. Featuring 72 villas with views of the Indian Ocean, guests will also be able to enjoy the beach, as well as private and infinity pools.
