London-based Hamlet Hotels aims to add 50 independent hotels to its portfolio in the next 12 months under a new flexible term branding concept.

As part of the launch of its new flexible term branding concept, Hamlet Hotels is looking for United Kingdom and Europe-based independent hotels with between 70 and 250 keys to partner with.

The group aims to take over sales and marketing, revenue management, online distribution, and day-to-day operations of these properties. This includes front and back-office operations, HR, health and safety, accounts, finance and more.

In addition, the team is also looking to build new hotels under this concept, focusing on development sites with Class C1 planning permissions located within key cities of the United Kingdom and Ireland. Several properties and developments are currently in the process of being finalized.

This is a fantastic opportunity for hotel owners wanting to guarantee their income and increase the value of their property, whilst taking a step back from the day-to-day operations of hotel management. We know our target of 50 hotels is ambitious, but we are confident in our product and can’t wait to partner with some fantastic hotels.
