The Grand Hôtel Terminus Reine in Chaumont will undergo a significant transformation as it becomes a Kyriad Prestige hotel.

The URBANEO Group, the new owner of the property, plans to renovate the hotel completely and add an extension, increasing the number of rooms to 83. The renovation is expected to take around 18 months, with the hotel aiming to reopen in 2026.

The renovated hotel will retain its historic character while introducing modern features in an Art Nouveau design. It will feature 54 double rooms, 20 triple rooms, and 4 suites. The existing bistronomic restaurant will be retained and improved, with the addition of a suspended terrace and a dedicated breakfast area.

Guests will have access to a new wellness area, which will include a fitness room, a massage room, a hammam, and a sauna. The hotel's seminar facilities will also be updated, with three meeting rooms ranging from 30 to 120 square meters.

This renovation will position the Grand Hôtel Terminus Reine as a high-quality destination in Chaumont under the Kyriad Prestige brand.
