Fattal Hotel Group, Israel’s largest hospitality organisation, has opened a new property in Haifa and also acquired a five-star property in Brighton.
Hotel Botanica (Israel)
The 163-key property recently opened in the city of Haifa. It is an upscale adults-only hotel situated at the foot of the Baháʼí Gardens. Its additional amenities include a rooftop pool, a gym, a spa, and a restaurant.
The Grand Brighton Hotel (United Kingdom)
The group purchased the seafront property from Wittington Investments in February 2023. It is the third property in the British city to join Fattal’s portfolio. It boasts 201 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a meeting and events space. The group does not plan to change the name of the historic hotel, though does intend to carry out renovation works.
We are delighted to follow to add another historic and iconic hotel to our growing portfolio of luxury hotels. It [The Grand Brighton Hotel] is a consistently high performing hotel, situated in a key strategic location with highly dedicated employees, meaning it is an ideal fit to our broader portfolio. We look forward to working with The Grand team to build on their successes to date and continue enhancing the great experiences and service they consistently deliver to their guests.
