Faena The Red Sea

Faena will open a resort on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast in 2024. It will be a part of Red Sea Global’s larger project to turn the destination into a luxury international tourism enclave.

Designed by architects Foster + Partners, Faena The Red Sea will be situated on the southern side of the hub island of Shura. Its interiors have been imagined by Jouin Manku. Each of its 150 suites and villas will feature a private pool and offer views over the sea. The Executive Suite will measure 84 m², and amongst the seven villas will be six three-bedroom Presidential Pool Villas and one four-bedroom Royal Pool Villa.

The luxury resort will offer six F&B options for guests. Each will be run by an acclaimed chef and feature a menu immersed in and inspired by the local setting and culture. The Living Room will constitute the resort’s entertainment offer and provide a dynamic range of entertainers.

Tierra Santa Healing House, a South American-inspired spa, will provide holistic therapies, ancient healing rituals, and a health club to promote well-being and the art of rejuvenation amongst the resort’s guests.

Faena The Red Sea will be connected to the central island of the project by bridge, thus allowing its guests full access to its various amenities. These include an 18-hole championship golf course, a 118-berth marina and yacht club, an adventure centre, luxury retail units, and entertainment options.

Other brands set to open properties as part of the Red Sea Project include Six Senses, Miraval, Edition, St Regis, Fairmont, Grand Hyatt, Jumeirah, and Rosewood.

We are thrilled to welcome Faena to our family of resorts at THE RED SEA destination. Faena’s hotels in Buenos Aires and Miami are bursting with artistic and cultural energy, and the brand embodies an opulent, colourful, and eclectic glamour that’s rooted in Latin America but global in its appeal. Faena’s passion for integrating art and design with hospitality, while also providing innovative entertainment and dining, make it an exceptional partner.
