Sam Nazarian, founder of sbe, has announced the launch of The Estate Hotels & Residences, a new luxury hospitality brand. Partnering with Tony Robbins, musician Marc Anthony, and strategist Richard Attias, the brand will focus on wellness, longevity, and preventative medicine through a global network of luxury resorts and residential properties.
The Estate will collaborate with Fountain Life, while the goal is to establish 15 hotels and residences and 10 preventative health and longevity centers in key urban areas by 2030, offering guests a combination of luxury and health-focused services.
The first four Estate Hotels & Residences will be located in St. Kitts, the UK, Trento in Northern Italy, and Montreux, Switzerland, with openings planned for 2026. Additional locations in Miami and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region will follow. The first preventative medicine center is scheduled to open in Los Angeles at Century Plaza in the second half of 2025.

In addition, The Estate will partner with Clinique La Prairie, to offer wellness services in select urban locations. These hubs will feature the "Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie" and the brand’s CLP Holistic Health supplements.
