The brand’s very first property in the Mexican capital is expected to open in autumn 2022 as part of Ennismore’s plans to strengthen their presence in the region.
The Mondrian Mexico City Condesa is the fruit of a joint venture between Ennismore and Grupo Murano. It will be located in the I421 mixed-use complex (formerly known as Conjunto Aristos) between the city’s La Roma and La Condesa neighbourhoods.
The hotel will boast 183 rooms and 18 suites for guests, as well as a fitness centre, a spa and meeting and event spaces. Four restaurants and bars will provide a varied food and beverage offer for its clientele, which will include Mediterranean cuisine, Italian aperitivos, cocktails and a cafe.
