Dusit International has announced the expansion of its offering across more segments with the introduction of two new brands, Devarana - Dusit Retreats and Dusit Collection.
The company is building upon its existing portfolio of six brands in order to enter previously untapped markets. Devarana - Dusit Retreats will focus on the ultra-luxury segment, whilst Dusit Collection will cover the upper upscale and luxury segments.
Devarana - Dusit Retreats
Billed as a reimagining of former luxury brand, Devarana, this new hotel brand aims to take the company’s Devarana Wellness concept further by delivering “bespoke healing experiences at private sanctuaries in exclusive destinations around the globe”.
The brand’s first property is slated to be a rebranding of one of Dusit’s existing properties in China. It is expected to open in October 2023. Further signings are anticipated before the end of the current year.
Operating as a soft brand that can be applied to distinctive, standalone properties across the globe, Dusit Collection has been thought out to represent “a sophisticated and personalised approach to property development, service, and guest engagement”.
It will allow owners to ensure the individuality of their establishments, without undergoing the rebranding or extensive renovations typically associated with Dusit’s established core brands.
The company has stated that it expects to announce Dusit Collection’s first official signings soon.
Dusit’s portfolio currently boasts 55 properties operating under Dusit Hotels and Resorts, and over 230 luxury villas under Elite Havens, across 19 countries. Its pipeline currently has more than 60 Dusit Hotels and Resorts, with 22 additional signings targeted this year.
Dusit’s portfolio of brands:
- Devarana - Dusit Retreats – ultra-luxury
- Dusit Collection – upper upscale and luxury
- Dusit Thani – luxury
- Dusit Suites – upper upscale
- dusitD2 – upscale
- Dusit Princess – upper midscale
