Delta Hotels by Marriott opens its milestone 100th property in Dubai

The Marriott brand has grown its global portfolio to 100 hotels following the opening of the second Delta by Marriott hotel in Dubai. Since its acquisition in 2015, Marriott has grown and diversified the brand from its initial footprint of 37 Canadian properties to reach this new milestone in key business and leisure destinations all around the world.

Delta Hotels by Marriott, Dubai Investment Park boasts 248 rooms and suites and is situated nearby the city’s main attractions and business hubs. The hotel’s design reflects the industrial nature of the area in which it is located. It features raw materials through exposed craftsmanship, eclectic furniture, and other design elements.

Masian Restaurant & Bar offers international cuisine alongside craft ales, cocktails, and shisha. Two brand signatures, Grab & Go and Delta Pantry, are present onsite to cater to guests on the go. Its F&B offer is completed by The Hub, a coffee shop lounge area serving hot beverages, snacks, and baked goods, and Pool Bar, which offers light refreshments. Additional amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Its MICE space spreads across three modulable areas.

The brand has more openings in the pipeline for 2023. Debut openings are slated in Naples, Dar es Salaam, and New York City. It will also bring its Simple Made Perfect® concept to more travellers, with 30 hotels set to join its portfolio before the end of 2022.
