
The regional hotel group has shown its ambition by announcing that it has obtained planning permission for a Marriott hotel and a Hilton hotel in the Lyon metropolitan area. These new establishments will grow the group's portfolio from 6 to 8 hotels in France by 2025.
The first hotel to open in 2024 will be a Courtyard by Marriott. The 4* establishment will be located near Eurexpo and count 108 rooms. The second hotel will open in 2025. A 3* Hampton by Hilton with 120 guestrooms, it will be located at Lyon–Saint-Exupéry Airport.
The two hotels represent an investment of €25 million and will lead to the creation of more than 55 jobs. The Montefiore investment fund is accompanying Dalofi in the carrying out of these two projects. The family-owned group from Roanne is a franchisee of the Accor group as well as of Marriott and Hilton. Its current portfolio includes 500 rooms spread across 6 hotels, including the Mercure Genas in Lyon Eurexpo, the Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon Opéra Bastille and the ibis Styles in Meyzieu.
