Cycas Hospitality, has announced several new appointments to its senior operational leadership team. These changes support the company’s strategy to enhance guest services and drive growth across key regions in Europe. The leadership team is led by Chief Operating Officers Keith Griffiths and Julia Harnischfeger.
Martin Coombes has been appointed Vice President of Operations for the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands. With over 25 years of experience in hospitality management, including senior roles at Atlas Hotels, Martin will oversee the operational performance of Cycas' expanding portfolio in these areas.
Additionally, Michael Mason-Shaw has been promoted to Regional Director of Operations for the UK and Ireland. Formerly the General Manager at Hyatt Place London City East, Michael will focus on enhancing operational efficiency and fostering relationships with owners and stakeholders as Cycas continues its growth in these markets.

Cycas has also named Tonio Logiudice as the new General Manager of 25hours Hotel Paris Terminus Nord, the company's flagship property in Paris. With over 20 years of experience managing boutique and lifestyle hotels, Tonio’s expertise from his roles at B&B Hotels and Timhotel Groupe will help position the hotel as a preferred destination for both leisure and business travelers.
