Cycas Hospitality, has announced its appointment to manage YOTEL London Shoreditch, adding to its UK portfolio. This latest addition brings the company's total to nine hotels in London, with over 1,000 rooms in the city, and more than 55 properties under management across Europe.
The 161-room hotel, built in 2018 and acquired through a joint venture with Tite Street Capital and Crestline Investors in 2021, is centrally located on Cambridge Heath Road in East London. Its location provides convenient access to transport hubs, including Old Street and Liverpool Street stations, and is within walking distance of the City, popular cultural spots, and green spaces like Victoria Park.
