citizenM is expanding and has announced plans to open three new hotels in the US and France. The affordable luxury brand plans to increase its portfolio to 32 properties in Europe, North America, and Asia.

citizenM Miami World Center

The brand's second hotel in Miami will open in early 2023. It will occupy a central position in the city's business and financial centre. Its façade will be adorned with a series of sculptures created by FriendsWithYou. The property will feature 351 rooms, four meeting rooms, a gym, and a rooftop swimming pool and bar.

citizenM Paris Opera

The new hotel will join four other citizenM properties in Paris when it opens in spring 2023. Located near the Opéra Garnier, with 84 keys it will be one of the brand's smallest properties. Designed by citizenM's long-time collaborator Concrete Amsterdam, the property will boast 2 meeting rooms and a 24-hour canteenM. It will also feature collaborations with local artists for its interior artwork.

citizenM Austin Downtown

The brand will debut in Austin in the summer of 2023. The hotel will be developed in partnership with Turnbridge Equities. Housed in a 17-story tower, the 344-key property will feature an interior design that blends contemporary art and pieces by local artists. Amenities will include a rooftop pool and bar designed by artist PONI, a gym, and a 24/7 canteenM.

From 2024 onwards, citizenM is planning further openings in Rome, London, Dublin, Miami, Boston, Menlo Park, and Wshington DC.
