Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of Brunfels Hotel, a new addition to The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, located in Mainz’s historic Old Town. This development is part of Hyatt’s ongoing expansion in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Situated on Schillerplatz, Brunfels Hotel is well-positioned for visitors to explore Mainz’s cultural and historical sites. It is close to notable landmarks including the Mainz Cathedral, the Gutenberg Museum, and Marktplatz square. The hotel also provides easy access to the Rhine and nearby wine houses.

The design of Brunfels Hotel combines traditional elements with modern features. It is inspired by botanist Otto Brunfels, incorporating botanical themes into the decor and furnishings.

The hotel features five floors with 127 rooms, catering to a range of guests including families, couples, and individual travelers. Modern technologies such as climate control systems and digital check-in are also available.

Brunfels Hotel offers various communal areas, including a courtyard with a bar, a private dining room, and a central bar serving cocktails and a menu. The restaurant focuses on modern German cuisine with local and seasonal ingredients and features wines from regional producers.
