Brit Hotel has enhanced its premium portfolio with the opening of the Brit Hotel Paris Rosny-sous-Bois, a 4-star property under the brand’s “Privilège” range. This new addition strengthens Brit Hotel’s presence in the Paris region, which now includes five locations.
The Paris Rosny-sous-Bois hotel is part of the chain’s strategy to expand its upscale offerings. The hotel, previously used to accommodate airline staff, has been completely renovated by the Xia family, who also own the Brit Hotel Paris Orly.
The property features 68 rooms, including two suites, along with an indoor swimming pool. It joins Brit Hotel’s “Privilège” range, which now includes 28 establishments, following recent openings in Honfleur and Bagnoles de l'Orne.
“We are delighted that Mr Victor Xia has once again placed his trust in us for the opening of this new establishment. The Brit Hotel Paris Rosny-sous-Bois not only enables us to expand our territorial coverage in the Paris region, but also confirms our desire to move upmarket, in order to offer an ever more complete range of accommodation adapted to the demands of both business and leisure travellers. What's more, its location was more than ideal during the sporting competitions that took place in Paris this summer; it was a real opportunity for Brit Hotel to increase the brand's visibility on a national and even international scale. “Guy Gérault, General Manager of the Brit Hotel network.
Located near the A86 motorway, Brit Hotel Paris Rosny-sous-Bois provides easy access to Paris and surrounding attractions. Guests are just 30 minutes from central Paris, 15 minutes from Stade de France, and within close proximity to Charles de Gaulle Airport, Disneyland Paris, and Parc Astérix, making it a suitable option for both leisure and business travelers.
The hotel is managed under a contract with Brit Hotel Développement, offering the Xia family operational support from a dedicated team.
