Entrepreneurship in the Breton hospitality industry is marked by a series of inspiring stories. We spoke with Arnaud Lemonnier, originally from Brest, who has been with B&B HOTELS for over 30 years and currently serves as the Director of Franchise Development.

Can you tell us about the origins of B&B HOTELS? François Branellec was part of the first generation of Novotel franchisees.
