Austria’s tourism sector has maintained strong momentum in the 2023/24 period, with Vienna and Salzburg emerging as key destinations for both leisure and business travelers. The country’s well-developed hospitality infrastructure, increasing air passenger traffic, and diverse accommodation options contribute to this growth. Additionally, major industry events significantly shape hotel performance, influencing RevPAR, occupancy, and ADR.
