The independent management company has completed the acquisition of the Breton hotel on behalf of its SCPI Tourisme & Littoral. The announcement marks a major step in the company's desire to contribute to the development of tourism on the French coast.
The Belambra Clubs group has signed a new 12-year lease on the property, and the purchase of the establishment was also completed alongside them and the Crozon town council.
The Grand Hôtel de la Mer was built around 1910 in Finistère. Located on the seafront, it has 78 rooms and was designed in the architectural style of the Belle Epoque.
Atream, Belambra and the municipality will work together to improve the hotel's offer by creating a spa, improving its F&B offer and extending its opening dates.
This first acquisition on behalf of our SCPI Tourisme & Littoral meets our various objectives in terms of tourism investments. Benefiting from an exceptional location on the beach at Morgat with a view over the ocean, the Grand Hôtel de la Mer will be repositioned to meet the new expectations of post-covid customers. Managed by Belambra Clubs, one of France's leading tourism companies, and with a completely redesigned range of services, the Grand Hôtel de la Mer fits perfectly with our commitment to invest in the sustainable development of the hotel industry in France.
