The Address Hotel Glasgow

The Address Collective has finalised the acquisition of a hotel in the heart of the Scottish city. The property formerly belonged to Pocotel, a Glasgow-based operator.

The Address Hotel Glasgow will open in the six-storey building on West George Street. The property boasts 91 guestrooms, a restaurant, two restaurant units available for lease, a bar, meeting rooms and a fitness space.

The hotel’s central location and Glasgow’s strong MICE market will make it an attractive new option for business travellers to the city.

Savills Ireland advised The Address Collective during the acquisition process.

This purchase demonstrates our appetite to grow The Address Collective brand and we have plans to create a bespoke product that will enhance Glasgow’s hotel offering. The building lends itself to a truly boutique hotel and we look forward to the launch of The Address Hotel Glasgow.

Brian & Ciara McGettigan, owners of The Address Collective

We were delighted to advise on this acquisition and source a property that is an ideal addition to The Address Collective.
