Tribe in Latvia

Accor's Tribe brand continues its European expansion with the introduction of Tribe Riga City Centre, marking its debut in Latvia and the Baltic States.

Located in Riga's Art Nouveau district, the hotel boasts 81 guestrooms. Concerning the amenities, each property of the Tribe Hotels  features a communal Social Hub, a coffee and cocktail bar, and a 24-hour Grab & Go counter, alongside a variety of Tribe table restaurant concepts.

“The Tribe Riga City Center illustrates our ambition to bring international lifestyle trends to the world and thus appeal to a very diverse group of travelers from Latvia, Europe and worldwide: be they professionals, creative people, city travelers or digital nomads who want hotels with intelligent , functional, design-oriented spaces at a fair price in the most popular destinations worldwide. We are confident that our new hotel will win the hearts of guests and locals with its unique offering and atmosphere,” -  Pauline Oster, Vice President Tribe, Accor Europe & North Africa.

“Tribe has enormous potential, especially in Europe. There is a large market for travelers looking for stylish and modern hotels that offer good service at an affordable price. Our goal is to establish every hotel in our portfolio as a desirable meeting place - for both locals and guests from outside. This strategy offers significant benefits to owners by generating additional income and increasing the value of their properties. At the same time, we are breaking the glass price ceiling in the midscale segment." - Philippe Bijaoui, Chief Development Officer Europe & North Africa, Accor Premium, Midscale & Economy

Tribe Riga City Centre joins a growing portfolio of over 15 hotels worldwide, with more than 40 new additions planned in the next five years, primarily in Europe. The brand's expansion strategy includes openings in key European cities such as Paris, Manchester, and Düsseldorf throughout 2024, with additional properties slated for Budapest and Krakow in 2025, followed by Mainz in 2026.
