Accor has further extended its portfolio in Southeastern Europe with the signing of Pullman Resort & Residences Bar Montenegro. Through a franchise agreement with the site’s owner, the Liko Soho Group, the premium brand’s first Montenegrin property will open at the end of 2025.

Located 100 m from the shore, the 11-storey hotel will offer views over the Adriatic Sea and surrounding mountain ranges. Bar’s first five-star hotel will be a part of a mixed-use resort made up of branded residences and support infrastructure for guests and local communities.

Pullman Resort & Residences Bar Montenegro will offer 165 guestrooms, 244 residences, SPA swimming pools, massage and recreation rooms, a gym centre, a retail area, a kids’ zone, and a beachside pool with heated seawater.

The property’s F&B offer will consist of a restaurant with a lobby bar, a sports bar for the residents, the outdoor Terrace Sky Bar, the Spa Bar, and the Pools & Waterside Bar. For seminars and events, the resort will house a ballroom and three meeting rooms.
