Accor has announced a new partnership with Armenian real estate operator Technotun to introduce the Pullman brand to Yerevan, Armenia.The agreement, finalized during the Yerevan International Hospitality Forum in 2024, will bring Pullman Residences Yerevan and Pullman Living Yerevan to the city by 2027, contributing to the region’s hospitality sector.

Pullman Residences Yerevan will offer long-term accommodations for residents, international professionals, and investors. Located in the Norki Ayginer area, the development will combine the comfort of residential living with the services typically provided by hotels, aiming to meet the needs of those requiring extended stays in Yerevan.

Pullman Living Yerevan will cater to those seeking medium- to long-term stays. This complex will offer a combination of residential-style living and hotel-like services, fully managed by Pullman staff and in line with Accor’s standards. It is designed to accommodate international professionals and individuals from the Armenian diaspora who need fully serviced, long-term living options.

The development will prioritize sustainability, with features including a "No Car" policy, landscaped spaces, bike lanes, and electric vehicle charging stations. The project spans 20,000 square meters, with 16,000 square meters dedicated to open green spaces and public infrastructure designed to support residents’ well-being.

Pullman currently operates more than 150 hotels across over 40 countries, including major cities like Paris, Berlin, Miami, Dubai, and London. With the upcoming Yerevan location, Pullman further extends its global reach and brings its upscale brand to Armenia for the first time
