Willing to bring to its network members a solid professional training, the Best Western Hotels & Resorts group has launched its hotel school ého.
The hotel training school delivers tailor-made training to employees with a catalog of 56 modules dedicated to reception, customer satisfaction, revenue management, marketing, labor law and digital technology, taking into account the specificities of each person's job (reception, catering, floor, sales).
The different course formats can be adapted to employees' needs and constraints:
Distance learning via e-learning on Best Western University platform and Virtual Classes, from 60 to 90 minutes
Face-to-face training in hotels or at the head office
Coaching sessions
Launched in June 2020 with the Best Western Hotels & Resorts group's network of hotels and supported by the FNE-Formation system, which allows the government and the AKTO to cover all or part of the training costs. Six months after the launch of the offer, more than a hundred hotels have already called upon ého to train nearly 500 employees, with 3,500 hours of training, 3,000 of which were provided remotely.
The launch of ého, the hotel school, is part of Best Western Hotels & Resorts group's employer brand strategy. It demonstrates the dynamism of our brand in supporting hoteliers facing challenges of the sector and meets a growing need to support the professionalization of teams. We are convinced that training, by supporting employees throughout their professional career and its evolution, will be a source of loyalty to the hotel and the brand.
