They all have a clear vision of their products, their priorities and how to optimise their operational profitability and that of their assets.

Hélène Gauthier has been CEO of Honotel since March 2020. She joined the group in May 2011, 10 years after its creation. Honotel is present in France and Europe with around 130 hotels in its portfolio. One year after her arrival, Hélène Gauthier launched the Happy Culture brand with her teams with the aim of deploying a responsible hotel industry. What does she mean by this and how can it be achieved? Join us at the Hospitality Operator Forum to find out more. In addition to being a committed company, Honotel also pivots on its investment strategy to maximise the profitability of its portfolio.

The daughter of a hotelier, Solenne Ojea-Devys began her career in luxury companies. She then joined the family business, first in marketing and communication and then as general manager in September 2021. OKKO HOTELS has 13 hotels and 250 employees. Solenne Ojea-Devys is convinced that the hospitality sector is an important part of the French economy and that the hotel industry can have an impact on a more sustainable exploitation of the planet. She has a proactive vision of the sector which she will share on 12 June.

A specialist in real estate transactions and asset management, Romain Gowhari co-founded Younight Hospitality in March 2021 in partnership with Céline and Sébastien Meslin, Presidents of Vicartem. Younight Hospitality includes 12 properties located in France and a vision focused on the operation of real estate assets. Romain Gowhari will come and discuss his vision of hotel performance on 12 June with a clear opinion on the type of hospitality he wishes to offer his clients.

Éric Omgba has a background in hotel operations. After stints at Disneyland Paris, Sodexo and Accor, he co-founded Alboran Hospitality in 2016 alongside Jérôme Bosc and Yann Caillère. This experience led them to create the Firstname brand, whose first establishment in Bordeaux was inaugurated in early 2023. In 2016, the trio of entrepreneurs set up their headquarters in Bordeaux with the idea of offering a better living environment to their employees. This is a central topic for Éric Omgba, who will be coming to talk about it on 12 June.

What does this new generation think of the 4-day working week? How do they define lifestyle and do they subscribe to it? See you on 12 June at the Hospitality Operator Forum to find out more.
