Join us on 29 May for a day dedicated to the hospitality sector. The Hospitality Operator Forum and the Young Talent Awards will give you the opportunity to think ahead, exchange ideas, network and grow in your role within the sector.
I would like to become a Hospitality ON member to be able to take part.
Part One: Are we heading for a new planetary era and how can we cope?
An intense morning of reflection, information and observations on the trends influencing a sector on the front line of macro and micro trends. Should we get out our life jackets? Find out from Gilles Moyse, Maxime Blondeau and Adrien Lanotte, senior analyst, MKG Consulting. CEOs from the sector will also be on hand to share their visions and ambitions for building the hospitality of tomorrow.
Gilles Moyse has a doctorate in Artificial Intelligence and is Chairman of reciTAL, an AI start-up dedicated to the automatic processing of language and documents. In September 2023, he published "Donnerons-nous notre langue au ChatGPT?" (Will we rely on Chat GPT?), with a preface by Etienne Klein. He has taught AI at Sciences Po and ESCP Europe. He was a member of the G20 Entrepreneurs delegation and received the AI Awards Paris. Gilles Moyse will be signing his book for early arrivals.
Maxime Blondeau has always attached great importance to public affairs, but the relationship between technology and ecology has led him straight to become involved in activism, associations and politics since the 13 November attacks in Paris and COP21 in 2015. Through his experiences, Maxime Blondeau has travelled a path that led him to found Alma Mater. He teaches at the École des Mines and builds his thinking around three pillars: territory, technology and imagination. A direct link with the hospitality sector, which systematically impacts the areas in which it operates.
In concrete terms, how are these factors being translated into the hospitality sector, and when? Can we anticipate and how? Two MKG Insights presentations.
