MKG Group Increases its Global Footprint

After opening headquarters in London, Paris, Berlin, and Nicosia, Group MKG (Europe’s #1 consulting firm in tourism and hospitality) just launched a brand-new office in Melbourne, Australia that will cover the Asia-Pacific region. A further opening in Sao Paolo Brazil is in the pipeline.

"By developing our international network, we’re deploying a double strategy: we are highlighting our presence alongside regional hotel groups that have put their trust in us; we are also bringing our technology "made-in-Europe" to local operators and investors so they can benefit from it," explains Vanguelis Panayotis, MKG Group’s Director of Development.

These offices are managed by locals that have well-rounded expertise of the tourism and hotel markets in order to conduct detailed studies that facilitate development and growth. They are perfectly trained in using the latest tools for market studies, such as Hotelcompset® and Hotelcompset Daily®, which allow companies to analyze the shifts in every segment of the market with the finest precision. Every tool in MKG’s range of products will progressively be introduced, such as OlaKala, an interactive platform that measures customer satisfaction. The new offices will also develop the growth and notoriety of events organized by MKG such as the Worldwide Hospitality Awards, Hospitality Management School Awards, and the Global Lodging Forum.
