Hospitality Operator Forum

In a sector disrupted by profound changes, transformation is no longer an option but a vital imperative. The Hospitality Operator Forum, scheduled for June 12, 2025, at the InterContinental Paris - Le Grand, promises to be much more than just an event. It is an essential gathering for those who refuse to endure change and instead choose to become its architects.

Join our ecosystem and attend the event on June 12th at the InterContinental Paris Le Grand.

Alix Boulnois, Chief Business, Digital & Tech Officer at Accor, will be one of the most anticipated voices of the day. A graduate of the specialized master's program in strategy and management at HEC Paris and an MBA from Columbia Business School, she began her career in 2008 in consulting, leading numerous strategic projects internationally. In 2012, she joined Amazon in Seattle, contributing to the launch of innovative services such as Prime Now. In February 2020, she joined Accor as SVP Digital & Innovation, before leading the Digital Factory in May 2021. Since June 2024, her responsibilities now encompass Business, Digital, and Tech, overseeing major transformation initiatives within the Group.

Drawing on this pioneering experience in driving change, she is spearheading transformation at Accor, facing market challenges head-on to reinvent its operational and organizational models.

A successful transformation relies first and foremost on culture and people, affirms Alix Boulnois. We have seen a significant acceleration in performance since the end of the pandemic: recruitment through ALL, high customer satisfaction on our digital platforms, and strong engagement from our tech teams. But the journey continues: there is still much to build, enrich our platforms, develop new partnerships, and consolidate our transformation to meet the expectations of our clients and partners.

These are challenges shared by the entire industry. Speakers will not only share ideas but also concrete strategies for turning obstacles into opportunities.

This is not just a forum. It is a call to action, a moment for those who want not only to understand the future but to shape it.

Don't remain a spectator. Participate in the conversation and join the transformation: integrate our ecosystem and take part in the 30th Hospitality Operator Forum on June 12 at the InterContinental Paris Le Grand.
