The 5th Worldwide Hospitality School Awards ceremony will be held on November 17, 2014 at the InterContinental Paris Le Grand. Once again it will reward a young graduate for their successful career debut.

Schools and corporations may present one of their aspiring young professionals as a candidate for the Best Professional Success Trophy, at the 5th edition of the Worldwide Hospitality School Awards. The prize rewards a graduate who has been in their career for 5 years maximum and is under 30. This young professional must stand out for both their academic results and a promising and/or successful career debut in the hotel industry. Their actions or missions must demonstrate their potential and motivation to make the company they work for and the hotel industry in general evolve.

Applications for the 2014 trophy for Best Professional Success are open and will be evaluated according to three criteria: the quality of their academic results, the exemplary character of their professional career debut and the efficiency of measures and projects they have undertaken within their company. The candidate must also aspire to a career and managerial positions, within this industry. Schools may elect a former student to represent them and companies in the hotel industry may propose one of their young collaborators.

Last year, the trophy for Best Professional Success was presented to Frédéric Schaub, Manager e-commerce for Marriott France and graduate of the Glion Institute. He joined the Marriott group in 2009 as a sales assistant for the opening of Courtyard Marriott Paris Saint-Denis, and was promoted Manager e-commerce France in 2010, to manage Internet sales of 12 Marriott hotels in France.
