The 22nd Hospitality Awards will take place on 21 November. hospitality professionals will gather in Paris to celebrate the creativity and inventiveness of the passionate people who work in the hotel industry. For the third edition, Mr. Emmanuel MACRON, President of the Republic, wished to place the Hospitality Awards under his high patronage.

Two complex years and new clouds are gathering in the sky of hospitality lovers. Nothing that will slow down the desire to do business, to accompany, to meet and to contribute to the building of a more respectful world, by the professionals of the sector.

On Monday 21 November, more than 100 candidates will be eager to find out if the actions they have put so much energy into are elected at the Hospitality Awards.

11 categories, 11 opportunities to demonstrate the energy that drives the sector.

 

The finalists were selected by a jury chaired by Christophe Barraud, PhD Chief Economist and Strategist at Market Securities. Christophe Barraud, PhD, was ranked by Bloomberg as “Top Forecaster of the U.S. Economy (2012-2020), Eurozone Economy (2015-2019) and Chinese Economy (2017-2020)”. He also won the Forecaster of the Year contest organized by MarketWatch in 2020. With an extended social media and public presence, he has been ranked among the most influential economists of the world by Richtopia and Focus Economics. His research is aimed at a wide range of global institutional investors (banks, insurers, asset managers, pension funds, etc.) but also public bodies (governments, central banks, etc.). Finally, since 2021, he has been Adjunct Lecturer at ESCP in the MSc Finance.

The ceremony will be chaired by Simon Vincent Executive Vice President and President of Europe Middle East and Africa, Hilton. He will share his vision forged through 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. A period during which the number of Hilton hotels in EMEA has more than doubled.

Last but not least, the cocktail reception hosted by Chef Laurent André will welcome Chef Eddie Benghanem as special guest. After the Ritz, the Crillon and the Georges V, Chef Eddie Benghanem is now in charge of pastris at the Tianon palace, Waldorf Astoria Versailles.
